The 3D Manual Clutch (Patent Pending) is the only manual clutch that is available for mini bikes and go karts that use a 3/4" shaft utility engine. The clutch takes just minutes to install with no special tools required. By also installing a clutch lever, the ride will be able to precisely control when the clutch is slipping and when the clutch is engaged. Experience an immediate performance increase compared to even the most expensive centrifugal clutches on the market.
Whether you are a seasoned kart racer looking for a performance advantage, or want to make your mini bike a lot more fun to ride, the 3D manual clutch is right for you.
This kit will include a 5' cable and EZ Pull Lever

NOTE 1: This product does not include a clutch lever and cable. Both can be purchased here: Cables and Levers. We recommend using the clutch levers we sell because they have been purpose designed for use with this clutch. If you use your own clutch lever, make sure that the amount that the cable is pulled when the clutch lever is pulled into the bar does not exceed 0.5 inches.
NOTE 2: Clutch shown with 12 tooth sprocket. Please select desired sprocket size when purchasing. Only #35 and #428 sprockets are available at this time. Be sure to check out our recommendations for gearing here: Gearing Guidelines
NOTE 3: This product includes the screws needed to attach the clutch guard to the engine. They are 5/16-18 American thread pitch. If you need metric screws, you will need to order them separately here: Clutch Guard Fasteners
NOTE 4: Depending on angle of engine, the chain may interfere with the clutch guard screws. This is especially so with larger sprockets. If chain interference is an issue during installation, either replace the clutch guard bolts with button head bolts, or install a 3/4" ID washer between the crankshaft shoulder and the inboard spacer in order to space the chain farther away from the engine.
